HIGH SPEED CHOCOLATE MIXER

K&KURT high speed chocolate mixer is designed specially to satisfy the requirements of simplicity and easy use necessary for chocolate production.

Our mixer is perfectly suited for the production of chocolate and chocolate dough. The mixing arms are specially designed for rapid mixing and to produce a perfect mixture.

 

 

 

 
K&KURT high speed chocolate mixer is characterized by:
  • All surfaces that come into contact with the product and involved in the mixing are made of stainless steel.
  • Temperature control system for heating water and for the pastes.
  • The rotate direction of the mixing shaft can be regulated and is possible clockwise and anti-clockwise.
  • The four mixing arms are specially designed for rapid mixing and assemble on the mixing shaft to produce a perfect mixture.
  • The production outlet lid is regulated by pneumatic piston.
  • The rear of the mixing unit is protected by fixed panels.
  • The independent electrical control box contains all power and auxiliary controls.
  • The machine is fitted with safety devices in accordance with accident - prevention regulations.
